Sound familiar?
Sometimes the smallest thing opens the door to a much bigger conversation.
“You never listen.”
And suddenly you're arguing about the whole relationship.
One wants answers. The other wants space.
Except you both know you're not.
The topic changes. The ending doesn't.
Peace can sometimes look like distance.
You love each other. That's what makes it confusing.
No relationship lecture. No “just communicate better.” We get practical.
We'll look beyond the obvious argument and unpack what keeps pulling the same conversation back into familiar territory.

Is the webinar really free?
Yes. Break the Loop is completely free to attend. You’ll get access to the live 60-minute workshop, the Map Your Loop worksheet and the S.T.O.P. Conversation Guide. You’ll also receive the replay for 48 hours after the session.
Do I need to attend with my partner?
No. You can absolutely join on your own. Sometimes it helps to understand your own part in a relationship pattern before trying to change the conversation together. Your partner is welcome to join, but they don’t have to.
Do I have to talk or turn my camera on?
Not at all. You can keep your camera off and simply listen. There may be optional polls or chat prompts, but you won’t be put on the spot or asked to share anything personal.
Is this workshop for couples who are going through a rough patch?
Yes. It’s for couples who care about each other but keep getting stuck in the same arguments, silences or patterns.
Is this therapy or couples counselling?
No. Break the Loop is an educational relationship workshop, not therapy or couples counselling. You’ll learn about common communication patterns and leave with practical tools you can try in your own relationship. If you or your partner feel unsafe in your relationship, this workshop may not be the right support. In Australia, you can contact 1800RESPECT on 1800 737 732 for confidential support.
What if I can't make it live?
You can still register. Everyone who registers will receive access to the 48-hour replay, so you can catch up when it suits you. You’ll also receive the workshop resources to help you reflect on your own relationship pattern.
A free live workshop for couples who want to understand what's really happening when communication keeps going wrong.
